Abstract
The Arctic Winter Games are held every two years. This news magazine is a running report on all activities leading up to and during the Arctic Winter Games. The first Games were held in Yellowknife in 1970 and were attended by 500 athletes, participants and coaches. This publication describes the venues and participants and contains photographs of the athletes and the ceremonies. On microfilm for 1970-1992 by the University of Alberta Library.
