The Inuit Circumpolar Conference (ICC) is an international Inuit organization dedicated to the promoting and protecting of Inuit rights. The early issues include poetry and cartoons. This magazine has had various titles on its covers: Arctic Policy Review and Magazine of the Inuit Circumpolar Conference. The publication was printed in three locations by Nortext in Ottawa, by Sydgrønlands Bogtrykkeri in Nuuk, Greenland and by AT Publishing in Anchorage, Alaska.
