Abstract
The opinions of the Baffin Regional Inuit Association members concerning land claims, self-government, exploration and development in the high Arctic are contained in this newsletter. This newsletter was distributed free of charge to all Baffin Region communities. The BRIA was formed in 1975 and is now called the Qikiqtani Inuit Association (QIA).
