This colourful magazine reports on the activities and programs of Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. NTC is the Inuit organization that protects and promotes the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement (NLCA). NTI coordinates and manages Inuit responsibilities set out in the NLCA and ensures that the federal and territorial governments fulfill their obligations.
