Abstract
This magazine provided residents an update on the activities of the Committee for Original Peoples Entitlement (COPE)and supplied information on matters of concern to communities in the Northwest Territories. The 1978 special edition focuses on the Arctic Northern Games. Issues in the later years include letters to the editors, biographies and elders' stories. Distributed free to the Inuvialuit Nunangat population of the western Arctic.
